The modeling and calculation of performance parameters of ultracapacitor

This paper provides insights into the study of the effect of internal charge relaxation on the time change of ultracapacitors’ main characteristics. Emphasized here is a proposed theoretical model, which describes the ultracapacitor’s state, depending on operation regime and duration. Within the framework of this model, we demonstrate that the ultracapacitor’s performance measurements should be conducted, considering internal charge relaxation processes and changes.
