Researches of Surface Quality Parameters of High Speed Sliding Bearings from Composite Materials for Printing Machines at DIamond Grinding

In the article the research results of defect layers formation on surface of high-speed sliding bearings made of new high-alloy composite materials from tool steels wastes and intended for printing machines have been presented. Such quality parameters of surface like cold-work strengthening and distortions of the 2-nd type are supplied by the result of interaction between force and temperature fields appearing on the top of diamond grain at fine diamond grinding of friction surfaces of sliding bearings were shown.

Effect of Diamond Honing Technological Factors for Parameters of Roughness and Exactness of Composite Sliding Bearings Surfaces for Printing Machines

In a paper the research results concerning an influence of honing process’ technological factors such as abrasive tool composition, cutting parameters, number of hones in honing head on surface roughness and surfaces’ exactness of new composite sliding bearings manufactured of new high-alloy composite alloys from tool steels wastes for high-speed printing machine have been presented.

Surfaces’ Roughness of Composite Sliding Bearings of Printing Machines at Fine Cubanite Grinding

The research results of sliding bearings’ roughness formation and which were manufactured from new composite materials on the base of stamp steels wastes for high-speed printing machines friction units were presented in the article. It was shown that high quality parameters of working surfaces, for example, roughness and other quality parameters are formed as a result of interaction between parameters of cutting by cubonit tools such as granulosity and properties of abrasive tools for the fine grinding technology.

The results of experimental researches of momentary contact temperatures which appear on the end of diamond grain’ cutting edge at fine grinding of friction pieces of new composite materials on the base of utilized and regenerated grinding alloy tool steels’ wastes of 86Х6НФТ, 5Х3В3МФС and 7ХГ2ВМФ with solid lubricant CaF2 additives have been presented in this article. The article presents research results on the influence of tool composition and fine diamond grinding parameters on surface roughness of new composite sliding bearings for printing machines. We determine main regularities of surface roughness formation and their dependence on cutting parameters. We discover that granulosity, vehicle material of the diamond disc essentially influence surface roughness parameter Ra.

Analysis of surfaces’ quality parameters of sliding bearings Made of composite alloys for printing machines at abrasive grinding

In the article we present the research results of defect layers formation on surfaces of sliding bearings made of new high-alloy composite alloys produced from tool steels wastes and intended for high-speed printing machines. We show that such quality parameters of surfaces like cold-work strengthening, depth of its bedding, and range of cold-work strengthening and distortions of the 2-nd type are formed as a result of interaction between force and temperature fields appearing on the top of abrasive grain at fine abrasive grinding of friction surfaces of sliding bearings.

The Choice of Exploitation Parameters of Bearing Materials Based Made of Tool High-Speed Steel Based on the Friction Films Analysis

This study presents the research results of secondary structure films of bearing materials made of tool high-speed steels Р6М5, Р6М5К5, Р6М5Ф3 abrasive wastes with the solid lubricant CaF2. They are formed on the contact surfaces at friction under hard exploitation conditions and influence functional properties of the friction unit. We also demonstrate the possibility of forecasting the necessary level of antifriction properties by creating films of the required depth and chemical composition as well as justify setting the materials exploitation parameters.

Features of metallic films usage for the polygraphic setting

The paper under consideration generalizes the most probable theoretical data of kinetics of metallic films structure formation. Emphasized here are the expedience of the metallic particles usage at production of metal-backer paints, their influence on the interphase layer formation and eventual coverage features.

In this paper, we highlight the results of developing the resource-saving production technology as well as the fine mechanical finishing of effective bearing materials based on tool high-speed steels Р6М5, Р6М5К5, Р6М5Ф3 abrasive wastes with CaF2 solid lubricant. We also illustrate the influence of production technology on the structure formation and properties of new bearing materials for heavy operation conditions.
