The formation principles of structure and properties of composite antifriction materials on the base of steel wastes

The experimental results demonstrate the specificity of the metallographic structure formation of the physical-mechanical properties and tribotechnical characteristics of antifriction composite materials, based on the 5Х3В3МФС steel wastes with the high temperature solid lubricant CaF2 impurities. Furthermore, we show that a complex heterogeneous materials structure is formed in the sintering process, ensuring the high-level formation of antifriction composites operational properties.
