Universal approximation of functions based on Sugeno algorithm for solving the problem of medical diagnostics

This paper highlights various approaches to medical diagnostics by applying the fuzzy inference system based on the Surgeno algorithm when the expert data for automatic description of fuzzy models of rules databases is available. Through experiments conducted, we determine that under specific conditions the fuzzy inference system based on the Surgeno algorithm is the universal approximator of continuous functionals.

Minimization of random error of knowledge estimation using closed tests

By employing the expansion of primary measuring data, we propose the method of random error minimization when measuring by optional choice tests. In addition, we experimentally verify this method as well as confirm its efficiency. We develop the system of information structure for implementing the proposed testing method.

The construction of the mathematical model of the one combinatorial problem of rectangles packing with fuzzy sizes

In this paper, we define the arrangement of rectangles with fuzzy sizes in a breadth – tangency, intersection, non-intersection. We also define the arrangement of rectangles with fuzzy sizes in the fuzzy size breadth – tangency, intersection, non-intersection. Finally, we construct a new mathematical model of the one problem of the rectangle packing as a problem of the Euclidian combinatorial optimization on a set of fuzzy permutations.
