Adhesive Properties and Cohesive Resistance of Thermal Sprayed Coatings

In this paper, we propose several approaches for estimation of adhesion energy of cooperating surfaces at thermodynamic and electron-statistical plasma spraying. We also analyze and calculate basic physical parameters, responsible for increasing a number of atomic bonds and adhesive strength by using the theory of chemical kinetics. These atomic bonds participate in contact interaction of the basis atoms and corpuscles.

The processes of ion-plasma clad of powders for thermal spray coatings

We reveal the basic parameters of the titan and aluminum metallic plasma, generated by the cathode stain of a vacuum arc. We also consider the dynamics of the charged particles of plasma and their interaction with the powder particles and determine the condensation parameters of metallic tapes on the surface of powder ceramic powder ceramic materials in the vacuum definite.
