Development of Synthetic Detergents with Antiseptic Effect

Influence of the main components of synthetic detergents on lytic activity of enzyme preparations of Cytorecifen and Cytorecifen-M was investigated in this work. On the basis of previously obtained results and the analysis of compositions of detergents the sodium carbonate, zeolite 4A, carboxymethylcellulose as well as superficially active substances synthanol and sulphanol were used. Lytic activity of the enzyme preparation and the powder synthetic washing means had been established by turbydimetric method by the ability of the lyses of Staphyloccus aureus 209 test-culture.

Alternative Components of Nutrient Mediums for Actinomycetes – Producer of Biologically Active Substances

Taking into account the wide-spread of such group as actinomycetes among industrial producers, we use one of its representatives (Streptomyces recifensis var. lytіcus – a producer of a lytic enzyme complex) as a model for studying alternative components which can be utilized for optimization of nutrient mediums for actinomycetes. We study the influence of alternative components of nutrient mediums on biosynthetic processes of culture Str. recifensis var. lytіcus and define the possibility of their use for optimization of nutrient mediums for actinomycetes.

Increasing the Microbial Pathogen Stability as the Factor of the Development of Novel Antiseptic Means

This paper demonstrates the role of major mechanisms of resistance and additional factors in the process of increasing the stability of microbial pathogenes. We describe the approaches to prevention of microorganisms resistance formation as well as ways and perspectives of developing novel antiseptic means. Among promising directions of new antiseptics development are preparations that specifically inhibit the mechanisms of cells growth (QS-system etc.), bacteriophage substances and its derivatives, modified bacteriolytic enzymes.

The use of ultra-violet radiation in selection of enzyme complex producer of Streptomyces

We investigate the influence of ultra-violet radiation on the biosynthetic ability of the culture of Streptomyces recifensis var. lyticus bacteryolytic enzyme complex producer. We demonstrate that this type of mutagen can be applied to selection of the strain with the high level of product synthesis. The results of the conducted mutagen processing of culture allow choosing two variants of culture – Str. Recifensis var. lyticus Е96 and S101 which have the enhanced level of a target product synthesis by 1,5 and 2 times.

Components content optimization of nutrition medium for biosyntesis of enzyme complex by p.Streptomyces producer

In this paper, we study the influence of basic and alternative nutrition medium components on the biosynthetic activity of the lysoenzyme complex Streptomyces recifensis var. lytіcus 2435/М producer. Drawing on the results obtained, we argue that specially treated IR-radiation soy-bean flour can be used as an alternative source of basic feed and the aerosil A-300 can be used as an additional component.

Physical and chemical aspects of cooperation of enzyme complex cytorecifen with the transmitters of different nature

By utilizing the adsorptive method on transmitters of different nature: silica, methylcellulose, polyethyleneglycole, polyoxyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide, we study physical and chemical properties of immobilization of the enzymatic preparation Cytorecifen. We perform the spectrum research of the samples immobilized on silica, polyethylene glycol and polyoxyethylene. We also determine the principal fixing mechanisms of enzymatic complex under study on the following transmitters: hydrogen relationships formation, electrostatic and polycentric interactions.
